Analyzing more than 900 RNA structures
« on: December 19, 2016, 08:05:23 pm »
Hello,
I have a question please.
I have to analyze more than 900  RNA structures using the DSSR. My question, is there any  efficient way that I can use to analyze all these structures  to save time? or I must analyze all structures separately, one by one (which is a long process)?

Check the --nmr option.
