I have installed 3DNA in a Mac 10.5.8 (2 x 2.8 Quad-Core Intel Xeon)
...
I would like to ask a version of 3DNA for this architecture.
Unfortunately, I do not have access to a Mac 10.5 x86 machine. The current 3DNA v2.1 release for Mac was compiled on OS X 10.6. Did you try the Mac OS X version of 3DNA v2.0? That distribution which was compiled around 2008, and it is
very likely to work for you.
Don't you have any access to a newer Mac OS X (10.6+), or Linux? Would it be possible to install a virtual machine (e.g. VirtualBox) on your Mac 10.5.8 to run Linux?

Note added on Monday, March 17, 2014: You may also consider to upgrade 10.5.8 (Leopard) to 10.6.8 (Snow Leopard) which costs only $19.99, see
https://discussions.apple.com/message/23698405. After all, Mac OS X 10.5.8 (Leopard) is no longer supported by Apple.
