How to calculate Bending?

Dear Xiang-Jun,
 
I'm a graduate student and working on DNA models where i have to measure the bending angle of DNA. I have to compare my initial model with final one, for this i have to show bending angle. Could you please suggest me how to measure the bending angle?

Does the corresponding entry How to calculate DNA bending angle? help? Searching the Forum will lead you to more discussions on this topic.

You may also want to try Curves/Curves+.
