Title: How to calculate Bending?
Post by: nimilitha on December 12, 2013, 01:22:04 am
Dear Xiang-Jun,

I'm a graduate student and working on DNA models where i have to measure the bending angle of DNA. I have to compare my initial model with final one, for this i have to show bending angle. Could you please suggest me how to measure the bending angle?

Thanks in advance.
