Is the w3DNA at Rutgers permanently down?

Is the w3DNA at Rutgers permanently down?

I've just tested and confirm that the w3DNA server at Rutgers is indeed down for the time being. The w3DNA server has been working as is since 2009, and it is certainly not "permanently down". I've notified Rutgers about the issue, and hopefully it will be back shortly.
