B Form to A Form Structures

(1/1)

ktucci:
My name is Kaitlin Tucci, from the LCBB Lab at MIT. We currently have B Form structures that we would like to transform into A Form RNA structures utilizing your program. Are there any standing functions on 3D DNA that can help us achieve our goal? Or would it be more advantageous to try to achieve this manually?

xiangjun:
Hi,

Thanks for using 3DNA/DSSR and for posting your questions on the Forum.

It is a bit vague to me as what you want to achieve. Could you be more specific? I remember some molecular dynamics (MD) simulations on B- to A-form transitions.
