Hi,
I have been trying to install X3DNA on Linux, following the standard instructions.
add the following into .bashrc:
--------------------------------------------------------------
export X3DNA='/public/home/shenhao/soft/x3dna-v2.1'
export PATH='/public/home/shenhao/soft/x3dna-v2.1/bin':$PATH
Then i typd find_pair -h
I saw :
Floating point exception
Is there anything else that's not mentioned here?
