General discussions (Q&As) / DNA rotation cont'd

I took the pdb file from each run on DNA, and I tried to rotate the image by using rotxyz.ang. I wasn't sure how to use this, even after reading your manuscript, so I tried to use the rotation matrix as well but I still didn't rotate the image.

General discussions (Q&As) / DNA Rotation

Dr. Xiang-Jun Lu,

I am running MD simulations with DNA, and I am using your program to calculate the deformation energy and to generate quality images from applied motions. I am having problems with the images that are generated, because they are rotating after some of the runs so I cannot see exactly what is happening to the DNA molecule.

                                                                    Thank you,
                                                                    L. E. Rush Jr.
