Title: X3DNA and cif
Post by: ikram_RNA on April 30, 2021, 09:39:00 am
Hello,

First i would like to thank you for all your efforts,

I'm a PhD student in proteins RNA interaction this way i'm trying to use the X3DNA in my project. However it not take the cif file and since all the new structures now have the cif format, is there anyway to deal with that problem?

Thanks

Hi,

3DNA has been completely superseded by DSSR (Pro) which handles PDBx/mmCIF format. 3DNA is the past and no longer supported.

See the video overview of DSSR (http://docs.x3dna.org/dssr-overview/).

Best regards,
