Title: wDSSR showing invalid ID on a valid PDB ID
Post by: kalra.utkarsh on November 07, 2020, 05:47:00 am
Hi Xiangjun,
I was using wDSSR for analyzing some files and there were several times when wDSSR gave the error:"ERROR: Invalid ID for nucleic acid structures, please type in another one.". While I was writing valid PDB id's in the analysis. For example pdb ID's : "5M3H", "5V0O", "6N1D". Either it was giving this error mentioned above or it was getting stuck on the page of "calculating".
Is there anything that can be done in these cases?
Other than that, great job on the wDSSR!, it's immensely helpful.

Thank You,
Utkarsh Kalra

Sorry -- wDSSR is no longer supported, as least for now.

If users find 3DNA/DSSR useful and continued support for the project indispensable, you are welcome to make your case/thought publicly in the Forum or sending me email.
