Title: Can 3DNA generate PDB files of DNA containing G-T mismatch?
Post by: Doris on December 05, 2018, 12:56:31 am
Hi Xiang,
I try to generate a PDB file using double strand DNA sequence, but the G-T base pair is converted into A-T base pair automatically when I use w3DNA.
May you please guide me that how can I convert the DNA helix contained GT base pair to PDB files?
Thank you ;) .

Hi Doris,

Please be specific with your question so others can reproduce it.

What URL did you use for w3DNA? What feature did you try, with what sequence (parameters), and got what result (PDB file)?

Best regards,

Xiang-Jun
