I've just tested and confirm that the w3DNA server at Rutgers is indeed down for the time being. The w3DNA server has been working as is since 2009, and it is certainly not "permanently down". I've notified Rutgers about the issue, and hopefully it will be back shortly.

The 3DNA webserver is working.
