Hello All,
I am very new to x3dna and I am using x3dna-dssr for analyzing a pdb trajectory of small DNA hairpin. As I can see that the output log gets appended rather than overwritten while all the pdb output are overwritten and the results from the analysis previous frame of the trajectory are lost.
I would like to keep a framewise output (numbered output files for pdb output) and/or append the framewise output into one pdb file.
if someone has an idea or if there is any command line argument for it which at least I can not find.
Any help on this issue is greatly appreciated.
Best
Raghav

Hi Raghav,
Thanks for using DSSR.
I am not sure I fully understand your problem. Could you please provide a reproducible example to make your point clear?
Thanks,
