Is there a web version of SNAP? If not, how do I download to run it on my structure?

-
No web interface to SNAP yet. However, a similar one to web-dssr (http://web.x3dna.org/dssr) is planed in the future.

You download SNAP the same way as for SNAP and various versions of 3DNA -- once logged in, you should see the "Downloads" section at the upper-left corner of the Forum. Please let me know if you have further problems.

I've just added a simple web interface to SNAP following web-DSSR (http://web.x3dna.org). The URL is at: http://snap.x3dna.org/ (http://snap.x3dna.org/). Please have a try and report back how it goes. I'll keep refining web-SNAP as needs arise.
