Thanks for the report. The current DSSR Linux 64-bit version was compiled on SBGrid CentOS 5 (x86_64), with the following configurations:

Linux sbgrid-c5b-64 2.6.18-194.17.1.el5 #1 SMP Wed Sep 29 12:50:31 EDT 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

So far, yours is the first reported case with such a problem. Your Linux kernel 2.6.9-103.ELsmp is lower than 2.6.18, which is likely the reason for the "Floating point exception". Could you please let me know which specific Linux distribution are you using? Do you have access to a more updated Linux machine?
