Title: Report 3DNA bugs

Hi all,

Over the years, it is the constructive interactions with the user community that has driven 3DNA to its current prominent status. Please do not hesitate to report bugs -- the more, the merrier. I strive to fix any identified bugs as soon as possible.

The following is a list of known bugs in the current release of 3DNA v2.0 that have all been fixed in v2.1:

• The fiber utility fails to local model directory (http://forum.x3dna.org/bug-reports/problems-using-fiber-in-version-2-1-2012/). This is a very subtle bug that has existed from the very beginning, but is known to show up only in Fedora 14 64-bit Linux machine. Fixed in v2.1beta as of 2012-02-23. Thanks to esguerra!
• Parameter std_curved not working. This bug was first reported by slaw in the thread "Global Helical Axis Information Missing (http://forum.x3dna.org/general-discussions/global-helical-axis-information-missing/)", and was recently rediscovered by esguerra (http://forum.x3dna.org/general-discussions/std_curved-parameters-seems-not-to-work-in-3dna-v2-1/). For the current v2.0 users who need this feature, the workaround is to modify file 'misc_3dna.par' as follows:
  

  <std_curved >0.6</std_curved >   # add a space in the end of the tag!
