Title: The windows and mac versions of 3DNA

Hi Xiangjun,

I was wondering if you could provide a windows version of 3DNA v2.0 (mac version is also good). Thank you very much.

3DNA v2.0 is not released yet ... so you are ahead of others in trying out the Linux version. I will compile a Mac OS X and Windows Cygwin version in due time.
