Title: TA-DNA dataset

Hello,

I'm interested in the use of Zp and Zp(h) to distinguish TA-DNA would like to know what structures constitute the TA-DNA dataset.

This question has popped up a few times. Now with this forum, I do not need to repeat myself, but refer you to the thread "DNA standards/statistics using 3DNA" (http://forum.x3dna.org/general-discussions/dna-standardsstatistics-using-3dna/), which contains a detailed list of the TA-DNA dataset used in the 2003 NAR 3DNA paper.
